Dr. Jeffrey Mark
Dr. Jeffrey Mark is a Board Certified Gastroenterologist with over 23 years of specialized experience in the diagnosis and treatment of gastroenterological diseases. Dr. Mark is dedicated to providing you with the best possible care utilizing the latest and most recent technological advances. More importantly, he strives to treat each and every one of his patients with compassion and respect. He encourages open and honest communication with his patients and takes the time to thoroughly address all of their questions and concerns in order to help them make fully informed decisions about their medical care.
Dr. Mark is a graduate of the Northwestern University Medical Residency program. He received his undergraduate education at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois and his medical school training at the University of Illinois College of Medicine. He went on to complete his Internal Medicine Residency at The Evanston Hospital, a Northwestern University Residency Program. His specialty training in gastroenterology was completed at the Chicago Medical School. Dr.Mark serves on several pharmaceutical speaker bureaus and provides lectures and presentations to other physicians on the latest developments in gastroenterology.

Dr. Mark has expanded his medical education by completing course work in medical acupuncture at UCLA under Dr. Joseph Helms (currently affiliated with the Stanford School of Medicine). Dr. Mark believes that in many cases, a patient can benefit from an integrative approach to medical treatment, combining conventional medicine with Eastern therapies in a safe, reliable manner. He also believes in educating patients on healthy nutrition, as part of an holistic approach to disease prevention and treatment.
